All BUX Markets and Stryk accounts for EEA residents have been closed. All open positions have been closed and opening orders have been cancelled. We have been sending reminders if you have unclaimed funds to arrange for them to be returned to you. For this we need you to provide us with a bank statement which includes certain information as seen below.

The bank statement should be:

• Of a personal bank account in your name

• Issued within the last 6 months

• Clear and not cut off (all 4 corners of the document must be visible)

In addition, the below information must be visible on the statement:

• Full name*

• Residential address*

• IBAN, Account number and BIC
