Core Chain is a Bitcoin-powered, EVM-compatible layer one blockchain that combines Delegated Proof of Work (DPoW) and Delegated Proof of Stake (DPoS). Core Chain uses Bitcoin miners to secure its smart contracts by providing them with supplemental income in the form of CORECHAIN tokens.
