Landbox is a blockchain real estate project established based upon professional experiences in the existing real estate development and education industries. By utilizing ""prop-tech"" - a tech solution combining blockchain with real estate development - business development can be expanded. The first service product offered is ""AuctionOK"", an online real estate auction service based on blockchain. This product is aiming to solve the various inconveniences of the existing offline-based real estate auction system. A patent application has been filed to provide an online, non-face-to-face real estate auction service using blockchain. Online real estate auctions lower the entry barrier for customers to participate in online real estate auctions and thus contribute to the expansion of this field.

Landbox (LAND) is a decentralized platform that informs users about real-time updates and information about real estate investment across the world. The platform solves the real estate market problem that requires physical attendance, stability, security in transactions, inflexible transaction methods, low liquidity, a long gestation period, etc. Landbox has incorporated three innovation systems to solve these problems: develop relay project (DRP), prop-tech system, and crypto-tech system. According to its whitepaper, Landbox aims to establish an information-sharing ecosystem where anyone can participate and share real estate investment information conveniently and safely.
The DRP system in the platform connects users with projects seeking capital in land substitution for urban development and land provision compensation. Prop-tech system uses blockchain technology to secure transactions, prompt real estate trading for users, and ensure reasonable transactions for traders. The system offers a better success rate, low-cost advertising for users, and settlement through compensatory real estate Q&A service. The platform also has a crypto-tech system to ensure that users receive LAND compensation and incentives by participating in the platform. Further, the platform has also developed an IT and blockchain solution for a real estate auction platform named Auction OK. Auction OK helps users bid for a suitable property at a reasonable price whenever and without limitation.
LAND is the native token of the Landbox platform that users can use as a medium of exchange. The users can also use LAND to interact between users and within the platform. Also, users can pay LAND tokens to access third-party projects they found on the platform.
Jeon Young-hoon, the CEO, founded the Landbox platform in Q3/Q4, 2019. The team also includes Lee Do-sun, the director of the Real Estate Research Institute, and Jeong-Jun Park, head of service development. The total supply of the Landbox platform is twenty billion LAND.
