The platform seeks to offer creators, designers, and galleries the opportunities to showcase their realms in their ecosystem and entrench Realm as a powerful platform for blockchain-based areas and interaction.
According to its whitepaper, REALM is the native token of the Realm platform. The REALM token, originally an ERC-20 token, is the primary utility token within the platform. Participants can purchase NFTix and access other realms via REALM token. Players seek to be awarded REALM tokens for interacting with the ecosystem. Staking REALM tokens aims to deliver players with rewards and in-game benefits. REALM token holders seek to benefit from the voting rights on a decision regarding the forthcoming guidance and growth of the Realm ecosystem.
Further, the decentralized platform aims to permit players and developers to own a part of the gaming metaverse. Users can participate in the governance and convey their artistic ideas in customizable innovative environments. The network seeks to create new creative routes and allow participants to earn, design, and handle activities in the metaverse ecosystem.
Matthew Larby, Joban Thomas, and Milan Gruner cofounded Realm. Larby serves as CEO, Thomas as CPO, and Gruner as CTO at the Realm network. The platform has a maximum total supply capped at 1,000,000,000 REALMs.
