TNS is the native cryptocurrency of the Transcodium network. Built on the Ethereum blockchain using ERC-20 architecture, TNS functions as a mode of payment on the platform. Transcodium also aims to allow TNS holders to trade and exchange the tokens with users within the ecosystem and outside of it. 

Transcodium was initially created in 2015 as a visual cloud transcoding platform. However, the business was shut down due to the high costs of cloud computing. Subsequently, Transcodium was relaunched in 2016, and this time around, it used blockchain technology. The platform was cofounded by Jeetendra Kumar, Razak Zakari, and Abhishek Tiwari. Zakari is a technocrat and the CTO of Transcodium, while Tiwari is a senior blockchain developer and COO of the platform. The TNS token has a fixed supply of 120 million, and the platform claims that the supply will remain constant.
