The process of becoming a validator on BluzelleNet is designed to be straightforward, requiring minimal technical knowledge. Those who do not wish to become validators can delegate their tasks to another validator, ensuring everyone can participate in the network and receive compensation. The BLZ token is used to pay for network transactions, access BluzelleDB and Oracle services, and stake tokens to receive compensation.
Bluzelle aims to serve the creator economy, providing a platform for creators to control their intellectual property free from gatekeepers. Bluzelle also intends to provide a marketplace for NFTs and game assets, providing storage and quick transactions. Additionally, Bluzelle's decentralized database and oracle services can be used by software developers to store information and provide fast, secure pricing data for DeFi applications.
Bluzelle was founded by Pavel Bains and Neeraj Murarka to address the fragmented data link in the blockchain and DeFi space. Both founders have extensive technological experience and a history of working with global companies. Pavel Bains previously co-founded Storypanda, a digital book platform that worked with titles by DreamWorks, Warner Bros, and others. Neeraj Murarka is an engineer and computer systems architect with over 20 years of experience working with global companies including Google, IBM, Hewlett Packard, Lufthansa, and Thales Avionics. The Bluzelle team, based in Singapore and Vancouver (Canada), has received the Technology Pioneer Award from the World Economic Forum and has been recognized by Forrester as a blockchain vendor in Asia.
