Baby Doge Cash is a decentralized community token and a DeFi-based project. According to the whitepaper, the Baby Doge Cash token is a “deflationary” token that aims to offer instant rewards to the token holders. A token that decreases in total supply every time a transaction occurs is called a deflationary token. Besides, the coin is on a mission to raise funds and donate them to support dogs in need.

One of the major features of the platform is that while being deflationary, the token holders are rewarded with more tokens. The protocol achieves this by levying an 8% transaction fee. Of this, 6% are locked into the liquidity pool via the smart staking system, which automatically adds tokens to LP (liquidity provider), thereby reducing circulating supply. The remaining 2% is allocated to token holders and given out as rewards.

Baby Doge Cash encourages its users to contribute to marketing, development, and community engagement. The platform seeks to maintain transparency and clear communication with the coin holders. For that reason, Baby Doge Cash has also locked its liquidity tokens. The project also seeks to invest in security audits of smart contracts of the token.
