The community aims to share a common love of animals to make a positive impact in their lives, regardless of whether they are traders, artists, collectors, or developers.

According to the whitepaper, the token ecosystem is referred to as “ShihWorld,” which aims to host several services for the users to attain financial wel-lbeing and freedom of connectivity. The ecosystem aims to offer a multi-chain wallet called ShihMask as a personal finance utility for users. This wallet seeks to safeguard users’ funds and incentives in the ecosystem. Also, the wallet preserves funds while giving complete control to the user.

Further, the ecosystem aims to offer ShihVerse, the NFT marketplace where users trade, mint, and collect NFTs. Moreover, members of the ShihWorld ecosystem are able to voice their opinion about marketplace governance. The ecosystem also endeavors to offer creative products for users, such as play-to-earn games, NFT collection releases, and other merchandise. Furthermore, ShihWorld aims to be the medium through which the Shih-Tzu platform empowers the lives of others, including awareness campaigns, philanthropy, incubator programs, and crowdfunding initiatives. 

SHIH is the utility token for the ShihWorld ecosystem’s core operations. Initially, the token was launched as an ERC20 standard. Subsequently, the SHIH token deploys both Ethereum and the Binance Smart Chain blockchains. The NFTs that the ShihVerse marketplace features are the BEP-721 and BEP-1155 standards. The platform states that ShihWorld members benefit from the fees accumulated as well as a share of the proceeds from all initiatives in the platform. 

The SHIH token was launched in April 2021. The SHIH token has a maximum total supply of 1,000,000,000,000,000 tokens. Out of the overall supply, 50% was locked in Uniswap, and the remaining was sent to Vitalik Buterin, Ethereum’s cofounder. This transfer was meant for the greater good of the project’s goal of animal service, as Buterin tends to donate or allocate for charity purposes. 

The platform aims to launch a decentralized exchange (DEX) called “ShihSwap.” This DEX seeks to be an ecosystem for dog meme coins and facilitate staking and farming for the token holders.
