About Stake DAO
The Stake Dao Token (or SDT) is a governance token which allows users to vote and earn fees generated on Stake DAO via products such as staking and automated investment strategies. Stake DAO is a new multi-service DeFi platform built by the community which leverages the entire DeFi ecosystem to give users access to the most effective investment strategies. Token holders can stake their earned SDT to receive a share of the DAO fees.

The platform aims to make DeFi services accessible to everyone. The platform seeks to provide a mechanism for users to track, grow, and control their digital assets right from their crypto wallets. Stake DAO has curated top strategies, staking protocols, and more tools that can aim to help users to grow their cryptos into one intuitive dashboard, making it easier for the users to find them all at a place. Stake DAO is a community-oriented platform, and all products are designed to benefit the community.
The platform seeks to offer various services to the crypto enthusiasts like converting funds to cryptocurrencies, competitive yield generating strategies, portfolio management, a staking portal, and an open governance feature. Stake DAO also has two liquidity pools aiming to allow users to put their idle funds to work and provide liquidity across multiple protocols to earn rewards.
The platform seeks to allow its users to stay in perfect control of their assets with zero lock-ups. By using the services, users can also seek to earn points to unlock NFT perks on the platform. Stake DAO platform also launched two series of NFTs; Tempest and Pythia. The NFTs are created using the ERC1155 token standard, a novel token standard taking the best features from all the previous standards on the Ethereum blockchain. Users can earn NFTs by staking tokens on the platforms. In addition, users can also vote on the important decisions about the platform by staking SDT tokens.
SDT is the native token of the Stake DAO platform. The token holders on the platform seek to earn rewards for simply holding SDT tokens. A 15% performance fee is deducted on the platform on every strategy, which aims to be converted into SDT tokens and then distributed again to the users holding SDT tokens on the platform. The platform also employs a 0.5% withdrawal fee for users withdrawing their assets from a given strategy. This fee also aims to be distributed back to the token holders.
