About VELTA Token
VELTA innovate in DeFi by allowing people to borrow with its DeFi collateral to buy their own property in real world, via its long-term lending protocol with controled liquidation risk. Velta with its financial and legal expertise, in innovating and offering for the first time in blockchain history long-term real estate financing (up to 25 years). The financings provided by the VELTA DeFi platform operate in the same way as traditional amortizing loans. DeFi, or decentralized finance, is a system that allows for financial transactions without going through intermediaries, such as banks. Borrowers must deposit collateral on the VELTA DeFi platform, which is used to repay the loan in case of default. Lenders, on the other hand, receive interest on the amounts lent.
